Very Good

The garden with mini golf is nice and spacious. The restaurant has delicious meals. Swimming pools, especially the big indoor pool is good in winter time.

The cooking facilities are modest.

Wonderful

The pools were great, a little cold but refreshing. Buffet breakfast with excellent selection, hot and cold food, juices, coffee. Lunch and dinner Also very good, buffet style. Entertainment (kids disco) staff amazing, so full of energy!

The beds were a little uncomfortable, but OK. We should have gone for the separate bedroom and living room option, but that's personal preference.

Beautiful settings and various breakfast options

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, it had a lot of different choices and was well organized. The park that belongs to the hotel is also wonderful! We loved having that just outside the room. The rooftop pool (naturists only) is a nice touch with a great view of the city and the surroundings. Nice views from the balcony also and from many parts of the hotel, since it's pretty high up. A lot of space in the room to put your things in, we loved that we could unpack our bags and be rid of them! The bathroom was also huge and had everything we needed.

Well, we didn't enjoy waking up every day about 7-7:30 when the salt and pepper hit the tables because of the restaurant being just a few floors under our balcony. We heard everything that was going on outside through a small window meant to give us som air, but mostly gave us a lot of sounds instead.. The kitchen facilities lack a few things that I would say is basic, like a normal knife and a dish brush to clean the dishes. The hotel is a bit old, they were repainting our corridor while we were there, and not everything is in shape, but mostly everything works! We did enjoy our stay!

Great choice of food for breakfast, good cofee. Large area, with mini-golf and play ground for smaller kids. We got really large apartment with big terrace, unfortunately just below the bar with karaoke and concerts

Noise in the evening - we got room one floor below the bar where karaoke and concerts start at 9 p.m. It was quite loudly until 11 p.m. The room was quite old-fashioned. Main bad was comfortable, additional (folded one) not so much.

useful hotel-minibus shuttle service to town centre, BUT not on Sunday Amazing wall with 50+ lizards, guests were feeding them with bananas and bread helpful staff restaurant had excellent variety of food and it was worth going to the evening meal. We had paid for breakfast as part of our deal, and it was more food than we could eat. lift in our building was really quick and efficient (unlike another hotel we stayed in) Big, covered swimming pool, Saturday family carnival which involved probably every family in the area. This was joyful, and hilarious to see the dads and grandads in their tutus matching their families!

Water pressure was very poor in the shower, and changed from hot to cold rapidly without any warning. it took 90 minutes on the airport shuttle bus going round Puerto de la Cruz, at the end of our holiday, plus the 90 minutes to the airport!! no help with cases which was hard work up hill from the airport shuttle bus, and also to get to the building we were in. Hard for us with heart problems and arthritus, and there was no warning of this on the write up Maintenance of all patio doors needed WD40 to slide easier, Ours was very heavy and I found it difficult to open... it sounded like other people were having similar problems. Uur shower cubicle was not attached to the wall fully and needed mending. The shower hose had been temporarily mended with tape and did not stay in the holder. Toilet pedal bin's pedal had been broken off , so not hygenic We paid for a superior twin room with kitchenette, but it was poorly equipped in comparison with other places we have stayed on Tenerife.

I am glad we choose the northern part pf Tenerife. Still upbeat but you can relax at the hotel as well.

The hotel had very great surrounding, beautiful gardens/plants/sights to the inner park. They had lots of options like massage, mini golf, cocktail bar and even EV charger. The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and the staff there were nice as well. They held a BBQ party one night and it was great!

The shower head might need a replacement. The parking is 5 eur, and once it was full one side so we had to park on the other side (still private though). The EV charger is a little costly, but at least we had it.

Good

The breakfast was fresh, good quality and delicious. The hotel is situated on a steep hill, and requires a car or really good legs and high spirit, if you intend to do a lot of walking. Beautiful surroundings gives a feeling that you live in a botanical garden.

The hotel is pretty warned down and could use a renovation (face lift). The sound isolation is poor, and you can hear your neighbors almost at all times. The hotel is targeted at older audience, and does not fit for families with small kids.

We had a nice time, but value for money is not great

Beautiful view from our balcony. Good heated pool. Free minigolf and tabletennis. The beds were great once we got toppers on!

The wifi. It kept logging us off, and some days I had to log in every 5 minutes. I ended up using (a lot) of data instead since it was also very slow in the evenings. It’s a bit expensive for what you’re getting. The cleaning ladies woke us up every morning at 8 when they started dragging furniture around in the room above us and banging the vaccuum into every possible thing. I’ve never stayed anywhere else where the cleaning process was this loud!

We enjoyed staying in this pleasant, relaxing hotel.

The range of food, fresh fruit, cooked and uncooked breakfasts, pastries, brownies, etc for breakfast was excellent. Rooms were a good size; views were OK. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The "garden" grounds were quite pleasant. On first arrival, the hotel seemed a bit run down, but we soon realised that it was a relaxing and enjoyable place to stay, somewhat "homely", with a good buffet restaurant, and a fine swimming pool and Padel courts.

The hotel is up a steep hill from the town, which is quite tiring to walk up in the evening, although one could always take a taxi! There is a free courtesy bus during the day. The "fruit juice" at breakfast was awful, The "kitchenette" was very short on kitchen knives -- needs a breadknife, general preparation knife and a fruit knife. It seemed very petty to charge 5 euros per day to park our hire car. Wifi was a bit intermittent at times, especially in the mornings.

after a false start and additional payment quite a nice place to stay

the breakfast was really good. beautiful old garden. staff at breakfast and reception very kind.

we booked a superior room ( so paid extra) with preference high floor via booking.com- but ended up with quite a dark room ( north-never sun) on 2nd floor. we saw a lot of same rooms on the “ right/more sunny side, but I think those “ better situated” rooms are given to tour operators and not to us as individual bookers through booking .com!!!we could only switch to an appartement- cost €26 per day extra, which we did as we wanted a room with some sun and with a view …….. location is not good for people who are not in good shape- due to steep lanes towards center/ beach.

Wonderful

Food was amazing, huge choice. Nice balcony with chairs, table and drying rack. Kitchen had everything. Comfortable bad, just small pillows. Friendly staff.

Missing air conditioner in the room, winter time is pretty cold during evening and night time. Swimming pools open till 18, at least one could work longer. Low water pressure in bathroom.

Pleasant stay in Puerto de la Cruz

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was really great: with plenty of things to choose from. Room service was exceptional: whenever I arrived in my room, it was spotless.

Water pressure in the shower was very low, so it took ages to wash off.

Breakfast could of been a bit better ,More blankets for the beds would of been better as we only had 2 for 4 people.I put in a special request as it was my partners birthday on the day we arrived and were told they would arrange something,they didn’t ,I called reception to let them know that nothing had been arranged and still nothing.

Good stay in Eden in Tenerife

Lovely quiet clean hotel. The staff are lovely. There is a beautiful gardens and pond to walk around. A bit far out of the town but there is a bus service organised by the hotel.

No major complaints, little touch up with maintenance, like door locks, some chairs, once you ask reception for something, it's done instantly.
